David H.—I first heard Izabella Tabarovsky, senior fellow at the Z3 Institute, speak in lower Manhattan in 2022, and she made the most startling claim: That all the anti-Israel slogans we were hearing in campus protests were lifted, word for word, from Soviet publications from the 1970s, pamphlets that had been translated to English and distributed across American campuses at the time. She even showed pictures of the pamphlets.
